Steps to make Spicy Sausage /Sambal Sausage:

  2. With oil pan fried thinly slice sausage till its lightly brown and cooked
  3. With oil saute shallot and spicy sauce or any store bought sambal oelek then add light soy sauce and brown sugar with cooked sausage and stir fry to mix for another 2 minute
  4. Add half a lime juice and stir fry to mix then serve top scallion
