Steps to make Spicy Spam /Sambal Luncheon Meat:
  1. For the spicy sauce ( sambal sauce please view attachment below, or you can use any store bought spicy sauce or sambal oelek
  2. Slice up black pepper flavour spam or any spam into cube then with 2 tbso of oil pan fried till its lightly crispy and brown
  3. Add 2 tbsp of spicy sauce (Sambal oelek) with light soy sauce,brown sugar and 1 kalamansi juice or half lime juice and then stir fry with the cooked spam for 2 minutes
  4. Add dice onion and mix well then off heat and serve
