  2. OPTION 1 (put coconut water and coconut flesh with optional 3 tbsp of sugar syrup ) …OR………..OPTION 2 ( put coconut milk AND 3 tbsp of almond slice or macadamia ) into a blender then add ice cube and ice cream and then pulse it then blend till smooth
