How to Elevate Your Mood with Food
A lot of us have been taught to think that comfort foods are not good and to be avoided. However, if your comfort food is candy or junk food this can be true. Soemtimes, comfort foods can be very nutritious and good for us to eat. There are some foods that actually can improve your moods when you eat them. If you seem to feel a little bit down and you’re in need of a happiness pick me up, try some of these.
Eggs, believe it or not, can be really wonderful at fighting back depression. Just see to it that you do not throw away the egg yolk. The yolk is the part of the egg that matters most in terms of helping you cheer up. Eggs, particularly the yolks, are rich in B vitamins.
