Steps to make 「Fish MISO SOUP」:
  1. Clean fish off-cuts by running it under a tap for about a minute
  2. Bring water to a boil on the stove
  3. Add fish to the boiling water
  4. Leave fish in boiling water for 10 minutes. Thereafter skim the foam that forms at the top of the pot with a spoon and remove it, as this layer has a bitter taste.
  5. Now add the fish stock to the boiling water
  6. Dissolve miso paste by stirring it into half a cup of water. Then add dissolved miso into boiling pot
  7. Enjoy!!
