The ingredients needed to make Spicy Spaghetti

/ Sambal Spaghetti:

  1. Prepare 2 cup brocoli
  2. Prepare 150 grams spaghetti
  3. Take 12 medium shrimp
  4. Make ready 3 tbsp oil
  5. Get 1 cup shrimp stock or any stock
  6. Make ready SPICY SAUCE (SAMBAL SAUCE )or any sambal oelek
  7. Get 2 tbsp spicy sauce (sambal sauce) or any sambal oelek
  8. Get GARNISH
  9. Prepare 1 lime juice
  10. Get Pounded paste
  11. Make ready 4 clove garlic
  12. Prepare 2 small onion
  13. Get 1 thumbs size ginger

Instructions to make Spicy Spaghetti

/ Sambal Spaghetti:

  1. FOR THE SPICY SAUCE (SAMBAL SAUCE) PLEASE VIEW ATTACHMENTS BELOW - - https://cookpad.com/us/recipes/333646-spicy-sauce-sambal-sauce
  2. SPAGHETTI AND BROCOLI
  3. bring a pot of water to a boil then add salt and spaghetti simmer for 11 minute then drain and add olive oil and set aside
  4. same pot of salted water quick blanch brocoli for 1 minute then drain under runnny water and set aside
  5. STIR FRY
  6. in pan with oil lightly brown pounded paste with spicy sauce ( sambal sauce ) or any sambal oelek for 1 minute then add shrimp and cooked till turn pinky
  7. add cooked spaghetti and brocoli with stock and cook for another 1 minute
  8. add light soy sauce and mix well till almost dry top lume juice mix well and serve
