  2. Get 2 tsp Flour

Instructions to make Gouda Cheese Sauce:
  1. Heat half the milk to near boiling over medium-low heat. Meanwhile, whisk the flour into the remaining cold milk and grate the cheese.
  2. Combine the flour/milk mixture into the heated milk and whisk till it thickins to the consistency of cream.
  3. Turn the heat to low and slowed add in the shredded cheese.
