The ingredients needed to make BLT with fried egg:
  1. Take 4-6 slices fried bacon
  2. Take 2 slices favorite toasted bread
  3. Take 4 slices tomato
  4. Take 1 large piece of lettuce
  5. Take mayo or miracle whip
  6. Prepare to taste Salt & peper

Instructions to make BLT with fried egg:
  1. Fry bacon. Set aside. Use the bacon grease and fry your egg. Pop yolk and cook flipping after about 2 minutes making sure yolk is cooked.
  2. Toast your favorite bread, spread mayo or miracle whip on both pieces. Place lettuce, bacon and tomatoes on one side salt & pepper
  3. Place fried egg on other side salt and pepper. Put together and cut and half. Enjoy!

That's why I put fried egg BLT. No different than a burger with a fried egg. Still called a burger.even though a burger means ground red meat between two buns. Adding an Egg or Cheese to a BLT obviously makes it not a BLT but God damn is it a fantastic idea. I much prefer my bacon to fry in it's own grease and then it gets all wrinkly and crinkly and looks like it has ridges and if I'm being frank, it sort of just melts in So if you could give me some additional high-maintenance sandwich ideas like this one, I'll love you forever.

It’s not hard to fight your bad mood when you consume grains. Quinoa, barley, teff, millet, etc are all good for helping you feel happier. They help you feel full as well which can really help to better your mood. Feeling starved can be terrible! These grains can improve your mood since it’s not at all difficult for your body to digest them. They are easier to digest than other foods which helps bring up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, improves your mood.
