  1. Get 2 cups cold mashed potatoes
  2. Make ready 2 hardboiled eggs - chopped to 1/4 inch pieces
  3. Get 1/3 cup onion - chopped to 1/4 inch pieces
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup celery - chopped to 1/4 inch pieces (optional)
  5. Prepare 1/4 cup Miracle Whip or Mayonnaise
  6. Take 2 tbs Sweet relish
  7. Prepare 1 tbs yellow mustard
  8. Make ready 1/4 tsp celery seed (optional)
  9. Get to taste salt and pepper

Instructions to make Simple Mashed Potato Salad:
  1. Put everything in a medium sized bowl with an airtight lid. Mix gently until fully combined.
  2. Cover. Refrigerate 2-4 hrs. Sprinkle with paprika before serving if desired. Enjoy!
  3. NOTE: This really is best made with Miracle Whip due to the extra seasonings it contains. If you use mayo try adding 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp apple cider vinegar as well to get a more "tangy, sweet zip"

Some grains are truly great for driving away bad moods. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all truly excellent for helping raise your happiness levels. These foods can help you feel full for longer as well, which is a mood improver. Feeling starved can be a real downer! The reason these grains help your mood so much is that they are easy for your stomach to digest. You digest these grains more quickly than other foods which can help increase your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel more pleasant, mood wise.

Studies have shown that this amino acid actually stimulates brain waves. This will improve your brain’s concentration while simultaneously loosening up the rest of your body.
