  1. Make ready 10 hard boiled eggs
  2. Make ready 1/2-3/4 cup Miracle Whip
  3. Make ready 2 teaspoons mustard
  4. Get Salt and pepper

Steps to make Deviled Eggs:
  1. Put eggs in cold water. Bring to boil. Boil 10 minutes. Remove from heat, drain hot water and put cold water on eggs until cool.
  2. Peel shells off eggs.
  3. Slice eggs in half and put yolks in mixer bowl. Add Miracle Whip, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix until creamy.
  4. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture.
  5. OPTIONAL: add 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish in place of salt and pepper

The reason these grains help your mood so much is that they are not hard for your body to digest. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps jumpstart a rise in your glucose levels which in turn brings up your mood to a happier place.

Your mood could actually be helped by green tea. You were just expecting to read that here, weren’t you? Green tea is packed full of an amino acid called L-theanine. Research has proved that this amino acid induces the production of brain waves. This helps raise your mental focus while having a relaxing effect on the rest of your body. You were already aware that green tea could help you be better. Now you are aware that it helps you to elevate your moods too!
