  1. Prepare 1 block firm tofu, cut in cubes (I used fine herbs flavored but you can use any you want)
  2. Prepare 2 cups fresh kale or spinach leafs
  3. Prepare 4 large tablespoon salad dressing (miracle whip or vegan type)
  4. Make ready 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  5. Prepare 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  6. Prepare 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  7. Make ready avocado oil or extra-virgin olive oil

Steps to make Green tofu spread:
  1. Put tofu cubes & kale/spinach leafs in a food processor and pulse till everything is chopped
  2. Add salad dressing & spices and turn to high speed till everything is blended well
  3. If you feel texture is to pasty, add oil of choice a little bit at a time while at high speed till you get the texture you want (I had to add about 1 tablespoon of avocado oil)
