The ingredients needed to make Pizza Burgers:
  1. Make ready 1 lb. Ground Beef
  2. Prepare 1 can Tomato Soup
  3. Take 1/2 lb. Velveeta Cheese cut into small squares
  4. Make ready 1/3 cup Miracle Whip
  5. Get 1 package Pepperoni Slices (optional)
  6. Get to taste Salt and Pepper
  7. Make ready 1 package Hamburger Buns

Steps to make Pizza Burgers:
  1. Brown ground beef using salt and pepper to season the meat while cooking.
  2. Drain off fat.
  3. Add the can of tomato soup, Velveeta cheese and Miricle Whip.
  4. Heat the mixture over meduim heat. Stir slowly until cheese is melted and everything is mixed well.
  5. Open hamburger buns and place them on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. (I usually have enough mixture for 7 hamburger buns or 14 halfs)
  6. Spoon the ground beef / cheese mixture onto the hamburger bun halfs. Top with pepperoni slices if you wish. (I usually use 3 slices of normal pepperoni slices or 7-8 pieces of mini slices per bun)
  7. Broil in oven until top is golden brown. Take care not to burn the bottom of the buns.
  8. Let cool 2 or 3 minutes before eating.

Serotonin is the “feel good” natural substance that tells your brain how you feel day in and day out. The more serotonin you have, the more pleasant you are going to feel. Nuts, in addition to raising your mood, can be a super protein source.

Cold water fish are good if you would like to feel better. Cold water fish including tuna, trout and wild salmon are rich in DHA and omega-3s. Omega-3 fatty acids and DHA are two things that raise the quality and the function of your brain’s grey matter. It’s true: consuming a tuna fish sandwich can basically help you fight back depression.

It’s not difficult to fight your bad mood when you consume grains. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all really great for helping increase your happiness levels. These foods can help you feel full for longer as well, which is a mood improver. It’s not hard to feel a little bit off when you are starving! The reason these grains can improve your mood is that they are easy for your stomach to digest. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps promote a rise in your blood glucose which in turn kicks up your mood to a happier place.

Green tea is wonderful for moods. You knew green tea had to be mentioned, right? Green tea has been found to be packed full of an amino acid referred to as L-theanine. Research has proved that this amino acid stimulates the production of brain waves. This helps sharpen your mental energy while simultaneously making the rest of your body more relaxed. You knew green tea could help you feel better. Now you know that it helps you to lift your moods as well!
