The ingredients needed to make Tuna Melt:
  1. Prepare 1 can Tuna
  2. Take 2 tbsp Mayo/Miracle Whip
  3. Prepare 1 pinch Salt
  4. Take 1 tsp White vinegar
  5. Get 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  6. Prepare 2 slice Wheat or white toast
  7. Take 6 slice Dill pickles
  8. Make ready 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese or slice of American cheese

Steps to make Tuna Melt:
  1. Mix tuna, mayo, salt, vinegar, mustard, and pickles until well blended.
  2. Toast bread with butter in a skillet (or use a sandwich maker.) if using skillet brown bread and fill the sandwich with tuna mix. Add cheese. Use second piece on top and flip to brown other side. Makes 1 or 2 hot sandwiches.

The reason these grains elevate your mood is that they are not difficult for your stomach to digest. They are simpler to digest than other foods which helps raise your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, improves your mood.

Green tea is really great for your mood. You were sure green tea had to be mentioned, right? Green tea has a lot of an amino acid known as L-theanine. Research has proven that this amino acid promotes the production of brain waves. This helps focus your mental energy while simultaneously relaxing the rest of your body. You already knew that green tea helps you feel a lot healthier. And now you know green tea can help raise your mood too!
