  1. Get 1 green pepper finely diced
  2. Take 1 yellow pepper finely diced
  3. Make ready 1 long carrot finely diced
  4. Take 1 large red onion finely diced
  5. Prepare 1 cup mushrooms finely diced
  6. Make ready 3 radishes finely diced
  7. Take 32 oz can of sliced olives
  8. Make ready 1 english cucumber finely diced
  9. Take 1 small head of broccoli broken into small pieces
  10. Get 1/2 cup pepperoncini finely diced
  11. Take 1 packages pepperoni diced
  12. Get 1 packages cubed colby jack cheese
  13. Take 1 packages grape tomatoes sliced
  14. Get 1 small pack seedless red grapes
  15. Take 1 lb favorite shaped pasta
  16. Take 2 envelope 1 italian, 1 garlic herb salad seasoning
  17. Get black pepper, garlic & onion powder
  18. Take 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  19. Get 2/3 cup olive oil, extra virgin
  20. Get 2 tbsp miracle whip
  21. Get 2 tsp brown sugar

Steps to make Garden supreme pasta salad:
  1. Mix all diced veggies & cooked (al dente) pasta in a large bowl
  2. In a container with a lid add salad seasoning, oil, vinegar, miracle whip,black pepper, onion & garlic powder together- shake vigorously
  3. Pour over veggies & mix well. The longer the salad marinates the deeper the flavor sets in. Enjoy!

This is because these vitamins increase the function of your brain’s neural transmitters (the parts of the brain that dictate how you feel). Try consuming a couple of eggs to feel better!

Put together a trail mix from seeds and/or nuts. Peanuts, cashews, sunflower seeds, almonds, pumpkin seeds, etcetera are all terrific for helping to boost your mood. This is possible as these foods are rich in magnesium which boosts your production of serotonin. Serotonin is called the “feel good” chemical and it tells your brain how you should be feeling at all times. The more you have of it, the more pleasant you will feel. Not just that but nuts, in particular, are a terrific protein food source.

Cold water fish are great if you wish to feel happier. Salmon, herring, tuna, mackerel, trout, and so on, they’re all chock-full of omega-3s and DHA. These are two things that actually help the grey matter in your brain run a lot better. It’s the truth: consuming tuna fish sandwiches can really help you overcome your depression.

It’s not hard to overcome your bad mood when you consume grains. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all really excellent for helping boost your happiness levels. They help you feel full too which can really help to improve your mood. It’s easy to feel a little bit off when you feel hungry! These grains can elevate your mood as it’s not at all difficult for your body to digest them. You digest them faster than other foods which can help increase your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel happier, mood wise.

Green tea is actually good for your mood. You were sure green tea had to be in this article somewhere, right? Green tea is rich in an amino acid called L-theanine. Research has found that this amino acid induces the production of brain waves. This helps raise your mental acuity while calming the rest of your body.
