  1. Get 5 lb red potatoes
  2. Make ready 4 boiled eggs, chopped
  3. Make ready 15 oz Olive oil based miracle whip
  4. Make ready 6 strips bacon
  5. Prepare 1/4 cup sliced green onion, separated
  6. Prepare 1/4 tsp celery seed
  7. Get 1/2 tsp black pepper
  8. Get 1 cup grated sharp cheddar
  9. Take 10 oz sour cream
  10. Make ready 2 tbsp yellow onion, diced small
  11. Take 1 tbsp roasted garlic
  12. Prepare 3 tbsp sweet pickle relish

Steps to make Loaded gourmet style potato salad:
  1. Clean and cut potatoes into bite size pieces. Don't peel them, it's better this way :-) cook till firm but done
  2. Cook bacon with the small diced yellow onion. I cut the bacon up a little, it'll cook with the onions more evenly if you do.
  3. While the bacon and potatoes are cooking mix the miracle whip, most of the sliced green onion (save a little for garnish), the eggs, relish, pepper, sour cream, roasted garlic, and 3/4 cup (loosely measured) sharp cheddar, and celery seed in small/medium bowl.
  4. When the bacon is finished, cool and crumble and add to the miracle whip mixture. Tip; this also makes a really good dip for those chips with ridges ;-) should look roughly like this…..
  5. When the potatoes are done, get them out of the hot water and rinse with very cold water. You want to stop the cooking process.
  6. Put the potatoes in a large bowl, make a well in the center and pour the miracle whip mixture in. Carefully fold the mix together. Garnish with the green onion and cheese. It's best if you make it a day ahead and let all those flavors 'marry' overnight.

This is possible since these foods have a bunch of magnesium which increases serotonin production. Serotonin is the “feel good” chemical that tells your brain how you feel at all times. The more you have of it, the more pleasant you will feel. Nuts, along with elevating your mood, can be a great source of protein.

If you would like to defeat depression, you should eat some cold water fish. Cold water fish like tuna, trout and wild salmon are rich in DHA and omega-3s. These are two things that raise the quality and the function of your brain’s gray matter. It’s true: chomping on a tuna fish sandwich can really help you overcome depression.

Some grains are really wonderful for fighting off bad moods. Quinoa, barley, teff, millet, etc are all good for helping you feel better. They help you feel full as well which can really help to improve your mood. Feeling famished can actually make you feel terrible!
