The ingredients needed to make Salmon Salad:
  1. Take 1/3 cup Red pepper, diced
  2. Prepare 1/3 cup Cucumber, diced
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup Red onion, diced
  4. Prepare 1/3 cup Shredded carrots
  5. Take 1 large Hard boiled egg, Peeled and crushed
  6. Make ready 4 oz Salmon filet (cooked)
  7. Make ready 2 tbsp Mayonnaise (or miracle whip)
  8. Make ready 1 Lemon juice
  9. Get 1 Salt and pepper
  10. Take 1 dash Cayenne pepper seasoning

Steps to make Salmon Salad:
  1. Cook salmon as directed on package. Flake pieces and let it cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine red peppers, cucumbers, onions, carrots, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Add a dash of cayenne pepper if desired.
  3. Add cooked salmon and crushed boiled egg to bowl and mix gently. Add lemon juice to taste.
  4. Can be served as is, on a sandwich or over some leafy greens :)
