The ingredients needed to make Ivan's man meal!:
  1. Make ready loaded mashed potatoes
  2. Take 2 lb Yukon gold potatoes
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp butter
  4. Make ready 4 strips of cooked bacon
  5. Take 2 tbsp sour cream
  6. Get salt and pepper
  7. Prepare crushed garlic
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp miracle whip
  9. Make ready 1 half handful of SHARP cheddar cheese
  10. Get 1 cup milk
  11. Get Steak
  12. Prepare 1 Ribeye steak
  13. Prepare 1 salt
  14. Make ready 1 black pepper
  15. Prepare 1 granulated garlic
  16. Make ready 1 seasoning salt (I used Mccormick season all)
  17. Take 1 1/3 tsp seasoned meat tenderizer
  18. Make ready grilled asparagus tips
  19. Make ready 1 bunch asparagus tips
  20. Prepare salt and pepper
  21. Make ready 1 tbsp olive oil
  22. Get 3 quart water

Instructions to make Ivan's man meal!:
  1. Rinse meat and pat dry. Season and leave out until ready to cook.
  2. Boil potatoes until tender, also boil asparagus in SALTED water for 3-5 minutes
  3. Heat grill or skillet with vegetable or olive oil. Remove potatoes and asparagus from the water, set aside. Dump water out of pots.
  4. Peel potatoes and put back in pot over low/medium heat. Add milk and smash until desired consistency. Then add all other ingredients and fold. When all the potatoes and been warned all the way through turn off heat and cover.
  5. Add steak into hot skillet or grill. Cook 6-8 on one side (ONLY FLIP STEAK ONCE). I do quarter turn for grill marks. Flip steak and cook for an additional 6-8 minutes
  6. Remove steak from grill and let rest. Take asparagus and put into pan where the steak was cooked and grill for 2-4 minutes.
  7. Put steak on a plate, scoop of mashed potatoes and place asparagus. Then serve and enjoy.
