Instructions to make Ultimate Grilled ham and cheese sandwich with Bacon:
  1. Cook bacon to preferred crispiness. Remove from pan and set aside.
  2. Cook ham in bacon grease for approximately 1 minute each side depending on thickness.
  3. Spread butter on outside of bread and place in pan butter side down. Then spread Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip on side facing up.
  4. Place 2 pieces of bacon on each piece of bread. then cheddar cheese then ham then swiss cheese.
  5. After about 1 minute combine the two pieces of bread. Cook each side for about 1 minute.
  6. Remove from pan and enjoy
