It’s not difficult to drive away your bad mood when you are eating grains. Barley, millet, quinoa, etc are terrific at helping you feel better. These grains fill you up better and that can help elevate your moods as well. It’s not difficult to feel depressed when you feel hungry! The reason these grains elevate your mood is that they are easy to digest. They are simpler to digest than other foods which helps kick up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, improves your mood.
