The ingredients needed to make Aloo (potato) bada with curry:
  1. Make ready 6 medium size potatoes
  2. Take 4 table spoon chopped onion
  3. Prepare 1 tsp chill garlic paste
  4. Take All spices
  5. Prepare 1 tsp chilli powder
  6. Take 1 tsp turmeric powder
  7. Get 1 tbsp coriander powder
  8. Get as per taste salt
  9. Get as eeded some coriander leaves
  10. Take 1/2 cup White kidney beans (barbati)
  11. Get 2 cup+2table spoon gram flour
  12. Get as required Oil for deep fry
  13. Get 1 tea spoon saunf / fennel seeds

Steps to make Aloo (potato) bada with curry:
  1. First we prepare batter take two cup gram flour add 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 pinch turmeric and baking soda add water for smooth batter see consistency
  2. Take a pan put some oil add chilli, garlic paste mix chopped onion all spices (like chilli powder turmeric powder,salt,coriander powder as per your taste) add 2 tablespoon gram flour mix it well add mashed potatoes and coriander leaves mash it well
  3. Make 16 balls from patatoes, mix in other pan, heat oil for deep fry take 1 ball dip in batter and deep fry all
  4. Take cooker add some oil put chilli garlic paste mix it add 2-3 spoon of onion masalas in it, add kidney beans fry it for some 2-3,minutes add 1 mug water take 2 whisitle
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves it is ready (see all things we used for prepare).
