  5. Get 1/3 C Irish cheddar cheese
  6. Take 1/2 C pepperjack cheese
  7. Get 1/3 C Irish gouda
  8. Prepare 1/4 C sweet corn
  9. Get 3 T melted butter
  10. Prepare 1 pinch kosher salt

Instructions to make Corned Beef Nachos:
  1. Place corned beef into boiling, salted water. Reheat thoroughly, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Lay a sheet of parchment paper atop a large baking tray as flat as possible, with no gaps between chips.
  3. Spread corned beef, corn, avocado, and jalapeños atop tortilla chips.
  4. Top with cheeses, melted butter, and a pinch of salt.
  5. Broil for 1-2 minutes or until cheeses are completely melted.
  6.
