  4. Prepare 1 garlic glove diced

  6. Make ready 300 ml creme fraiche (low fat)
  7. Take 250 grams spaghetti
  8. Prepare 25 grams grated cheese (parmesan or gouda)
  9. Take 1 grated cheddar cheese
  10. Get 1 handful parsley finely chopped
  11. Prepare 1 salt and peper

Instructions to make Craime Fraiche Pasta:
  1. fry bacon & chicken
  2. drain some oil
  3. add onion & garlic: fry for 2-3 mins
  4. add muchroom till soft
  5. start boiling pasta
  6. add creme fraiche. Reduce heat and stir occasionaly
  7. once creame fraiche starts to bubble add cheese (parmesan + cheddar)
  8. once cheese melted add parsley
  9. add salt and peper to taste if chicken wasnt seasoned
  10. allow sauce to cook well
  11. drain pasta but leave some water in the pan with pasta
  12. mix sauce & pasta
  13. cook over low heat for few minutes
