The ingredients needed to make Sobzee's Chicken and veggies Quiche:
  1. Make ready Dough enough to Cover a 26 cm Tart pan
  2. Make ready 1 1/2 cup Flour
  3. Make ready 1 large Egg
  4. Take 125 grams Cold Butter cut into small Cubes
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp Iced water
  6. Take 1 pinch salt
  7. Make ready Filling
  8. Make ready 4 large Eggs
  9. Make ready 200 ml Cooking cream
  10. Make ready 200 grams Gouda Cheese, or any other cheese or a mix of cheeses as per desire
  11. Make ready 1 1/2 cup Cooked minced chicken or chicken cubes
  12. Make ready 1/2 cup Boiled green peas
  13. Get 1/2 cup Sweet corn
  14. Make ready 1/2 cup Mushrooms
  15. Make ready 1/4 cup Boiled Carrots

Steps to make Sobzee's Chicken and veggies Quiche:
  1. Mix dough ingredients well, keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes
  2. Roll it out on a floured surface then put it in the tart pan
  3. Blindly bake the dough by adding parchment paper over the dough & adding beans ( u can use these beans always to blind bake your tart shells) over the paper in a preheated oven (200°C) for 5-7 minutes. Then remove the beans & the parchment paper and continue backing for another 7-8 minutes.
  4. Add filling ingredients after mixing them well together over the half-baked dough & put it in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until brown on top Let it cool for around 15 minutes before cutting it into slices.
  5. P.S. if the filling is too much u can put them in silicone molds and bake them as individual tart-lets without a tart shell Enjoy
