The ingredients needed to make Broccoli, tomatoes pennes pasta:
  1. Get 1 cup broccoli
  2. Take 400 g penne pasta
  3. Make ready 2 Tbsp olive oil
  4. Take 1 cup tomatoes
  5. Take 1 chicken breast
  6. Make ready 1 knorr mixture for chicken
  7. Get to taste Salt & pepper
  8. Prepare Garlic powder
  9. Make ready Gouda cheese
  10. Take Yogurt
  11. Get Soya milk
  12. Prepare Dried oregano
  13. Prepare Corn starch (if needed)

Add broccoli, cherry tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes. Whisk together evaporated milk and cornstarch in medium bowl until smooth; whisk in eggs and basil. Stir mixture constantly just until sauce thickens; remove from heat. This pasta dish is filled with a variety of delicious flavors and textures — tomatoes walnuts, as well as along with healthful broccoli.

Instructions to make Broccoli, tomatoes pennes pasta:
  1. Cook the broccoli until smooth about 10 mins but no more (do not over boil as i did because then it melts and doesn't stay in pieces).
  2. In the same water used for the broccoli cook the pasta for 15 mins. Throw away rest of the water, add 2 Tbsp of olive oil and mix.
  3. In a pan add the chicken breast cut in pieces, add 1/2 cup water, knorr seasoning, salt & pepper and cook for 5 mins.
  4. Add the yogurt, soya milk, dried oregano, cheese and stir. I also added some corn starch, to make it less watery. Transfer this mixture into the pot with the pasta and mix. Enjoy!!
