The ingredients needed to make Sir's Chilli Crab:
  1. Take 1 packages Chili Crab Sauce
  2. Prepare 3 ginger
  3. Take 2 Tomato
  4. Take 6 piece garlic
  5. Take 2 eggs
  6. Prepare 6 piece Small Onion
  7. Take 2 Crab
  8. Take 3 tbsp Cooking Wine
  9. Make ready 2 tsp sugar
  10. Get 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  11. Take 1 cup water

Steps to make Sir's Chilli Crab:
  1. Prepare, Chop and slice all seasoning ingreadients
  2. Clean wash crab and chopped into pieces.
  3. Chilli crab sauce as it, packed. Normally you can get this from supermarket. There are different brand which almost taste the same.
  4. Prepare and heat up pan. Stir fried garlic, ginger, onions for about a minute
  5. Add in crab and stir fried for about 2-3 minutes. Add in tomato, soya sauce and cooking wine. Continue to stir fried for about a minute.
  6. Add in chilli crab sauce. Stir fried for about a minute. Add a cup of water. Add in eggs. You may want to stir the eggs before pouring into the pan.
  7. Continue to cook for about 2 minutes and you're done!
  8. Note that you cannot cook the crab for too long as the meat will become too soft. I have also add in prawn as one of the seafood or you may also want to add in clams or mussels.
  9. Of course, serve with steamy hot white rice.

The more of this chemical in your brain, the happier you’ll feel. Not just that, nuts, in particular, are a great protein source.

If you would like to beat depression, try eating some cold water fish. Salmon, herring, tuna fish, mackerel, trout, etc, they’re all chock-full of omega-3 fatty acids and DHA. These are two substances that boost the quality and function of the grey matter in your brain. It’s true: eating a tuna fish sandwich can greatly raise your mood.

Grains can be excellent for overcoming a bad mood. Teff, barley, millet, quinoa, etc are all excellent for helping you feel better. They fill you up better and that can help you with your moods as well. Feeling famished can be awful! The reason these grains are so good for your mood is that they are easy to digest. You digest them more quickly than other foods which can help promote your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel happier, mood wise.

Your mood could actually be helped by green tea. You just knew it had to be mentioned in this article, right? Green tea is rich in an amino acid called L-theanine. Studies have discovered that this amino acid essentially stimulates brain waves. This helps improve your mental sharpness while relaxing the rest of your body. You knew green tea could help you become better. Now you know that applies to your mood too!
