The ingredients needed to make Fully loaded veg mini pizzas:
  1. Prepare Pizza bases(cut up in 24 mini squares)i use yeast dough recipe
  2. Take 1 red pepper
  3. Prepare 1 green pepper
  4. Take 1 punnet mushrooms
  5. Prepare 1 onion
  6. Prepare Feta cheese
  7. Take Grated Gouda cheese
  8. Prepare To taste garlic
  9. Prepare To taste Aromat
  10. Take To taste pepper and salt

For our pizza toppings we used: sliced ham or chicken loaf meat, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced olives, diced red capsicum, sliced avocado, sliced mushrooms and torn fresh basil leaves. Instructions to make Fully loaded veg mini pizzas:
  1. Line bases on a tray… Baste with a choice of any ready made peri peri sauce. I use steers sauces
  2. Saute onions with garlic and chopped chillie. Add in cubed peppers and saute for 2 mins..add a pinch of salt.pepper.garlic spice. Mixed herbs.aromat.
  3. Roughly chop a tray of mushrooms and throw into the pot. Add a teaspoon of butter and let all the ingredients cook together till the excess water burns out. Add 1 table spoon of sweet chilli sauce and mix well
  4. When the filling is cool.. Top filling onto pizzss bases. Spinkle wit feta cheese and cover wit a generous helping of gouda cheese.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes or till cheese is melted.
