The ingredients needed to make Grilled Snoek:
  1. Take 1 large Snoek fish
  2. Prepare 1 each of robot peppers
  3. Take 1 onion
  4. Prepare To taste fish spice
  5. Prepare 250 ml Gouda cheese grated
  6. Make ready Foil to wrap the snoek
  7. Take To taste peppers

Instructions to make Grilled Snoek:
  1. Chop your onion and peppers into strips
  2. Place the foil and place the snoek on top of it then start to season it with fish spice then place the onion and peppers too.
  3. Also add the grated cheese on top of the peppers and season with pepper to taste the wrap the snoek with that foil and place it on a charcoal for 30-+ minutes to cook perfectly
  4. When it's cooked and remove it from the charcoal it look like
  5. It's perfectly cooked enjoy and you will cut it into small pieces and serve.

These grains can elevate your mood because it’s not at all hard for your body to digest them. You digest these foods quicker than other things which can help increase your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel better, mood wise.

Research has found that this amino acid induces the production of brain waves. This will improve your brain’s focus while also relaxing the rest of your body.
