  2. In a clean pan fry them with oil and add 2 spoons of white wine and season…fry till brown
  3. Add tomatoes,broccoli,and carrots in the pot and lower the heat until veggies are cooked
  4. Dish up your plate in a very attractive way and drizzle the sesame seeds on top
