It’s not difficult to fight your bad mood when you consume grains. Millet, quinoa, barley, etc are excellent at helping you feel better. They fill you up better and that can help elevate your moods too. Feeling starved can truly bring you down! The reason these grains are so wonderful for your mood is that they are easy for your stomach to digest. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps jumpstart a rise in your sugar levels which in turn takes your mood to a happier place.

Studies prove that this particular amino acid can actually stimulate brain waves. This helps better your mental sharpness while having a relaxing effect on the rest of your body.
