  1. Take 500 gm Chicken Gizzard
  2. Make ready 3 Onion (medium)
  3. Make ready 11/2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  4. Make ready Salt as per taste
  5. Make ready 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  6. Take 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
  7. Make ready 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  8. Make ready 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  9. Prepare 1 tsp Coriander seeds
  10. Take 2 glass Water
  11. Take 1/4 cup Oil
  12. Take 2 tbsp Fresh cream (optional)

Instructions to make Chicken Gizzard:
  1. In pressure cooker add chicken gizzard, all mentioned spices, ginger garlic paste and water.
  2. Cut the onions into pieces(4-6 pieces) and put them into pressure cooker.
  3. Close the pressure cooker properly and let cook them for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Water will be dry out and gizzard will be tampered. Add oil and cook for 5 minutes. Oil becomes separate so add fresh cream, mix it and switch off the flame.
  5. Delicious meal is ready to eat.
