  3. Take 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  4. Get 3 tbsp Thick soy sauce
  5. Get 5 medium Dried tofu
  6. Take 1 cup Button mushroom
  7. Prepare 1 pinch Salt ( as desired )
  8. Make ready 2 large garlic ( whole bulbs ) ( DO NOT CUT )
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp Ground white pepper
  10. Make ready 1 liter Water

  1. Cut and clean the chicken
  2. Cut mushrooms , dried tofu and set aside
  3. Boil 1 liter water in crockpot and let it come to a boil .
  4. Add Chicken and 2 sachets of Bah Kut Teh Soup in the boiling water
  5. Cover the crockpot and let it simmer for 30 minutes
  6. After 30 minutes , Add 2 tablespoons of Oyster Sauce and 3 tablespoons of Thick Soy Sauce
  7. Cover the pot again and let it simmer for another 15 minutes
  8. After 15 minutes , add dried tofu , button mushroom , ground white pepper and salt
  9. Cover the crockpot for the last time and let it simmer for another 10 minutes .
  10. DONE !!! Serve hot with rice . add birds chilli with a touch of light soy sauce if you need a spicy kick ! ENJOY ! :)
