  1. Get 250 gm Chicken liver
  2. Prepare 7-8 shallots crushed
  3. Get 1 bulb garlic crushed
  4. Make ready 1 inch ginger crushed
  5. Take 2 green chillies crushed
  6. Get 1-2 tsp red chilli powder
  7. Make ready 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  8. Get 1 tsp chicken masala
  9. Make ready 1 tsp pepper powder
  10. Prepare to taste Salt
  11. Get Handful curry leaves
  12. Take As needed Oil as required
  13. Make ready 1 star anise
  14. Get 1 cinnamon stick
  15. Make ready 3 cardmom pods
  16. Take 2 cloves
  17. Take 1 tsp fennel seeds
  18. Prepare 1-2 dry chillies

Steps to make Chicken liver fry:
  1. Mix all the ingredients shallots,garlic, ginger, curry leaves, greenchillies and curry powders except the spices and keep for marination for 15min.
  2. Heat oil in kadai and throw all the spices and red chillies. Once the aroma of the spices come. Add the marinated chicken liver and cook. Do not add water.. The required water comes out of it. Cook for 20 - 30minutes. Do not overcook, it turns rubbery.
  3. When it is almost done add 1 tsp ghee and add little pepper and jeera powder to enhance the flavours and fry for few seconds and take it out of flame.
