  1. Prepare 3 kg gizzard and Chicken
  2. Take 2 tbsp soy sauce,
  3. Get 14 fresh pepper
  4. Prepare 1 bulb onions
  5. Get 2 tsp garlic and ginger paste
  6. Get dash oregano
  7. Get to taste salt
  8. Take 3 cube knorr
  9. Take Pepper sauce

Steps to make Grilled Gizzard/Chicken in Pepper Sauce:
  1. Rinse and clean the chicken and gizzard, blend pepper and onions and mix in garlic and ginger paste together with the pepper blend, salt, knorr cube, oregano, soy sauce and set aside (share into 2)
  2. Combine soy sauce, mixed pepper paste for marinade and chicken and gizzard in a large bowl or zip lock bag bag. Cling film the bowl or lock ziplock and refrigerate 4 hours to overnight.
  3. Pre heat oven when you are ready and once its hot; Remove the chicken and gizzard from the marinade and pat dry, place in the oven pan and bake
  4. Heat up the remaining pepper with a little oil and once the baked gizzard and chicken is ready, toss in the grilled gizzard and chicken and mix
