The ingredients needed to make Spinach with chicken livers:
  1. Take 1 bunch spinach
  2. Take 250 g chicken livers
  3. Get 1/2 onion
  4. Make ready 1 small green pepper
  5. Make ready 1 tsp curry powder
  6. Take 1 beef stock
  7. Take 1/4 cup oil
  8. Take 1 tsp Portuguese chicken spice

In a food processor, blend the spinach to a purée using one or two tablespoons of water to loosen the mixture. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over a medium heat. Cut the livers in half, pick over, and discard. Serve creamed spinach spooned over chicken with bread, if using.

Steps to make Spinach with chicken livers:
  1. Rinse the spinach and boil for 10minutes
  2. Separately boil chicken livers until tender
  3. Fry onion and green pepper
  4. Add curry Portuguese chicken spice and beef stock
  5. Drain water and add your boiled ingredients
  6. Stir until well combined and serve
