The ingredients needed to make Chicken liver:
  1. Take 250 g chicken liver
  2. Prepare 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  3. Take 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  4. Make ready 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  5. Take 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  6. Make ready 1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
  7. Prepare 3 chopped Green chillies
  8. Prepare As needed curry leaves
  9. Make ready As needed chopped coriander leaves
  10. Prepare 3 tbsp oil

Fried Chicken Liver is made by dredging each piece of liver in flour, then frying it in a pan with some oil. The onions are sauteed separately and are used to top the liver. Steps to make Chicken liver:
  1. Chop chicken liver into small(large) pieces and add salt
  2. Add ginger garlic paste, Turmeric Powder,red chilli powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala Powder, chopped Green chillies, curry leaves, chopped coriander leaves, oil. Mix well
  3. Marinate the chicken liver mix for 1 hour
  4. Keep the pan on stove and add marinated liver. Stir it well
  5. Keep the heat in medium flame and close the lid cook it for 4 minutes
  6. After 4 minutes. Stir it well close the lid for 5 minutes
  7. Make sure the water from liver evaporated and gravy should be thick. Stir it for 3 minutes to fry the chicken liver. Then serve
