  1. In a pan fry onion+ garlic……add tomatoes + chopped carrot and salt…..stir cover let them cook well…..now add your green bananas add some water…..let them cook on a medium low heat till they are ready…..
  2. For minced meat…..in a pan boil for some few minutes……make sure there is no water remaining…….now add onion+garlic and cooking oil…..fry them together for 3mins…..
  3. Now add your tomatoes, grated carrots, salt, spices……stir cover for them to cook well till tomatoes are soft…..(you can add soup if you like)……after it's well cooked just before you remove from fire add in corriander stir and serve……enjoy!!
