  5. Prepare 3 tomatoes peeled and diced
  6. Take 2 big onions diced
  7. Take Green, yellow and red bell peppers diced
  8. Take 2 bunches fresh dhania shredded
  9. Take to taste Salt
  10. Make ready Black pepper

Steps to make Matoke,Irish Potatoes, Veges and Matumbo combo:
  1. In a pot, cook the onions and bell peppers until tender.
  2. Add the diced carrots, mix and cover for a few minutes to cook the carrots.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes and cook for a few minutes.

  5. Add in the cooked matumbo, thoroughly mix with the vegetables, cover and allow a few minutes to cook.
