  4. Prepare 1 pc onion
  5. Prepare Capsicum

Steps to make Matoke, beef and Rice:
  1. Peel your bananas and place them on salty water to avoid blackening
  2. Boil until soft, add salt to boiling water
  3. Boil your beef till soft and tender
  4. Add oil and fry till golden brown then add onions,royco cube then fry for sometime then add tomatoes
  5. Once tomatoes dissolve to make a thick soup add your matoke, stir until well incorporated
  6. Add some water and simmer it for 8minutes
  7. Serve with rice

Omega-3 fatty acids and DHA are two things that raise the quality and the function of your brain’s grey matter. It’s the truth: eating tuna fish sandwiches can really help you battle your depression.

It’s not difficult to fight your bad mood when you consume grains. Quinoa, barley, teff, millet, etc are all great for helping you feel happier. They help you feel full as well which can truly help to improve your mood. It’s easy to feel depressed when you are starving!
