  2. Prepare 3 tablespoon peanut powder
  3. Make ready 3 tomatoes grated
  4. Get 1 onion
  5. Prepare 2 tablespoons oil
  6. Prepare to taste salt
  7. Take paprika
  8. Take 1 tablespoons blueband(optional)

  1. Chop your onions,add oil and cook till golden brown
  2. Add your grated tomatoes,let it cook till thick,add salt and paprika
  3. Place your 3 tablespoons of peanut powder,add water and stir into a paste
  4. Add the paste into your cooked tomatoes paste and stir till its thick….Let it cook 10mins.
  5. Peel your matoke and clean..Boil till the matoke is tender.add some salt.
  6. Add 1 tablespoons of blueband,using a masher or mwiko.Mash while still hot.
