  1. Prepare the misen-place
  2. Boil your green bananas with the peel until cooked. Remove from pan and peel off the skin
  3. In another sauce pan; fry onions until translucent add chopped garlic, ginger, tomatoes and tomatoe paste cook for about 3minutes. Stir in the peanut butter add little water and make sure the consistency is that of a sauce, add salt to taste.
  4. Dip your cooked bananas in the peanut sauce let them cook in for 1minute and remove from the heat. Serve with rice. Yummy
