  1. Get 2 cups basmati rice
  2. Prepare 1 cup mayonnaise
  3. Take 4 tablespoons ketchup
  4. Make ready Pinch salt
  5. Make ready Spaghetti
  6. Prepare Chilly peppers(add it to the mayonnaise mix)
  7. Prepare Gravy sauce
  8. Get Chicken breast (cut into bits)
  9. Take Slice carrot
  10. Get Slice green pepper
  11. Make ready Sliced onions
  12. Get Grinded ginger and garlic
  13. Get Maggi and salt
  14. Get Grinded black pepper
  15. Get Grinded cumin
  16. Make ready Soy sauce

Steps to make Singaporean rice with gravy sauce:
  1. Boil the spaghetti and rice in a different pot and set aside
  2. In a pot add 2 tablespoons of oil then first add the onions stir till it starts turning brown then add the chicken breast
  3. Stir for about 4 mins then add green pepper,red pepper, garlic,ginger,and hot pepper. Cover the pot and let it cook for some mins
  4. Add 1 cube maggi and stir then add the 2 tablespoons of ketchup and stir. Lastly add the corn flour mixture and cover the pot for 2 minutes
  5. Using a frying pan add 1 tablespoon of butter then add garlic and green pepper and stir. We are going to use it to garnish
  6. To make a plate. First u make a layer with rice, then top it with spaghetti, add the sauce and finally garnish with the veggies and mayonnaise
