  1. Get 9 pc green bananas
  2. Prepare 15 potatoes
  3. Get 3 large tomatoes
  4. Take 1 onion
  5. Prepare 1/2 green capsicum
  6. Prepare 1/2 large carrot
  7. Get 1 knorr beef cube
  8. Make ready Oil for frying
  9. Take Water
  10. Get to taste Salt
  11. Take 1 tsp tomato paste
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp ginger & garlic paste

Steps to make Matoke:
  1. Prepare all the ingredients
  2. Add oil in a pan & let it heat up add onions & fry,add ginger & garlic paste
  3. Add capsicum,tomatoes cover to let them cook well,add tomato paste
  4. Add salt,grated carrots & bananas and potatoes mixture
  5. Mix everything, add water let it cook.then add royco cube,let it cook over low heat again for 5min & serve
