Instructions to make Matoke Stew#authormarathon#:

  4. Mix the Royco with warm water, 50mls, stir and add in the stew. Cook for 10minutes in medium heat. Note: I did not add salt since to me it was fine, after adding Royce. So, Taste first before adding salt to it. If you add salt, cook for 3minutes more, remove from fire, and serve. Enjoy!
