Instructions to make Matoke and beef stew# author marathon #:

  3. Start frying your onions to golden brown. add capsicum and add your pieces of meat and fry for 5 minutes. Add your tomatoes followed by the coriander and a little salt and cover to heat for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the boiled bananas into the mixture and stir as you heat.cover it for 2 minutes to heat well. Now its ready serve it and add the red pepper and serve with a cup of milk and enjoy.
