Instructions to make Matoke in peanut butter sauce:
  1. Peel your matoke and wash
  2. Boil them for 10-15minutes dont let them over boil
  3. Let it simmer then add thyme royco and 2-3 tablespoon of peanut butter and 'koroga'
  4. On a different pan..put cooking oil..Let your onions brownen add tomatoes and black paper..
  5. Let it simmer then add thyme, capsicum, royco and peanut butter (measure to your liking)… Add half cup water so it cant stick as you 'koroga'๐Ÿ˜Š
  6. Add your matoke and let it cook for 5-8minutes.. Serve with any accompaniment
