Steps to make Matoke ya cabbage:
  1. Cut matoke into small pieces
  2. ,cut the potatoes into cubes
  3. Put a pot in a heat and fry onions until they turn golden brown
  4. Add chopped bell pepper, grated carrots,tomato,salt,cabbage and potatoes mix well for 2 min
