  1. Peel the bananas and cut into small cubes wash them.
  2. Place them in a small pan and add the coconut milk and onions
  3. Use the leaves to cover the bananas tgen cook under low heat
  4. Groundnuts -make a paste and pour it in a pan with hot water which is boiling under very low heat stir till the mixture becomes thick as it boils for 10mins. Then serve with bananas either cooked mashed or even rice.
