  2. Once boiled, drain the water, add salt n mash.
  3. In a frying pan, add chopped half onions, margarine n heat abit.
  4. Add your mashed matoke n fry. Can as well opt not to fry.
  5. Chop your cleaned sukuma n fry them. No overcooking.
  6. Clean n dice your raw carrots n tomatoes accordingly. I prefer them raw sometimes coz the raw ones has more nutritional value than cooked ones.
  7. Portion your breakfast n serve it hot.
