  4. Prepare 1 onion chopped

  7. Take Water or any stock
  8. Take 1 tbsn butter

Instructions to make Matoke with Ground nut sause:
  1. Remove the cover of the green bananas and wash in salty and lemon water
  2. But the bananas in a cooking pan and boil till soft
  3. Mash the bananas in butter and set aside
  4. Prepare the groundnuts, if still whole you can crush them in your food processor.
  5. Soak them in hot water for a minute or two
  6. Saute your onion in a pan till golden brown
  7. Add the tomatoes untill they are cooked and soft, add the ground nuts and bring to boil. Add your spices as prefered
  8. Cook on medium heat and stir occassionally to avoid sticking
  9. Serve your sauce with matoke and beef stew
  10. Yummy….enjoy
