  1. Make ready 10 raw bananas
  2. Take 3 tomatoes
  3. Prepare 1/2 onion
  4. Take leaves coriander
  5. Get cooking oil
  6. Take 1 pinch salt
  7. Take 1 tsp royco

Instructions to make Kenyan Matoke:
  1. Smear oil on your hands and peel the bananas. Then wash the bananas.
  2. Stir fry the onions with oil then add tomatoes. Let the tomatoes soften then add the bananas.
  3. Stir then add the coriander leaves, royco and salt.
  4. Cover then let it cook for 25-30 mins till soft.
  5. Remove from heat and serve. Yummy!!
